Two new systems developed for Norwegian People’s Aid
Our successful collaboration with our valued partner Quality Management Software (QMS) from Oslo, Norway, is continuing with the development of two software systems for Norwegian People’s Aid (Norsk Folkehjelp). The first system is built to manage the process of scheduling first aid courses, clients, and instructors all over Norway. The core communication channel between the parties are SMS messages, to ensure responsiveness and reliability of task dispatching even for those living in remote areas of Norway. The second system supports management of all kinds of first aid activities in a similar way, by using SMS communication. The systems have been in intensive exploitation for almost two years now.
