New partner from USA

We are proud to announce that we have signed an agreement with a partner company from California, USA to continue developing leading edge technology.

The product is a scalable, high-performance solution for archiving, classifying, retrieving and analyzing of all types of business data such as transactions, emails, and documents. Integrated archiving, retrieving, and classifying of business information is emerging as a critical business function, driven by demands in regulatory compliance, fraud detection, CRM, and the explosion of business intelligence, knowledge, and intellectual property distributed throughout the enterprise. The product organizes unstructured data, integrates it with Data Warehouse and OLTP systems, and allows a single view and full analysis of all data, previously impossible task. Data can be organized using your own hierarchy of domain-specific topics and defined classification rules for associating e-mails and documents with those topics.

The features of the product include:

  • Manage the hierarchical structure of topics that classify e-mails and documents
  • Administer classification rules for associating e-mails and documents with topics. The rules may refer to the meta-data or contents of e-mails and documents
  • Search the archive for specific e-mails, documents or transactions. Search can be performed within the metadata or contents of e-mails, attachments, documents, and transactions
  • Define your own classification rules through simple search criteria
  • All in- and outbound emails (with attachments) are automatically captured in real-time, archived, and classified to appropriate topics.

The following outstanding figures from a test say more about the achievable performance of the product than words:

  • loaded 147 TB of documents (compressed to 68 TB)
